Packages must be returned freight prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. We only accept packages with a return address. For your protection, we suggest sending your return via insured parcel post or other traceable method. Oka-B reserves the right to add a 20% restocking fee on orders over $100.

If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the shoe(s) within 30 days of receiving your shoes and receive an exchange for another color, size or style of the same value. Please send back the completed return form with the merchandise you are exchanging. Click here to download the Return and Exchange Form. You will need to print it, complete it and send it with your exchange or return. (You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the .pdf file.)
Damaged or Defective Merchandise
If you receive a damaged or defective product from Oka-B.com, you may exchange the shoes for a new pair following the instructions above. Oka-B shoes come with a 2-year guarantee from the initial date of purchase. If your purchase does not meet this guarantee, you may return the shoes within that 2-year period of purchase for an exchange of the same shoe. If the same shoe is not available, we will provide you with a shoe of equal style and value.
Any unworn product may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a complete refund, minus shipping and handling. Please send back the completed return form with the merchandise you're returning. You'll find a link to the return form below which can be downloaded and printed for your convenience. All returns will be refunded to the form of payment used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days after receipt of your return for your refund to be processed.
The reason code must be completed to ensure return is processed in a timely manner.
