Refund policy

Any unworn product may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, excluding the original shipping and handling fee. 

All returns will be refunded to the form of payment used for the original purchase. You have the option to request a gift card or store credit. Orders placed using a gift certificate retrieved from an online deal site cannot be refunded but can be exchanged under the same conditions stated above.

If your order included "Checkout+" or "Pay now to unlock free returns", your return will be free given your in within the 30 day return window.

We will provide a pre-paid shipping label. A $10 handling fee will apply to return orders. You will have the option to exchange the product free of cost if the return request is submitted within 30 days of your orders delivery. We will not reimburse shipping costs so we are able to keep our shoes better priced for everyone. If you have any questions when ordering, please feel free to call our customer service team.
