- Standard shipping typically arrives 2 - 7 business days AFTER an order has been processed and shipped.
- All items are shipped from Buford, Georgia, USA.
- Free standard shipping applies to orders shipped within the continental 48 states only.
- Free shipping is based on merchandise totals after transaction discounts and special promotions.

- While we always strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible, shipping times may vary due to events such as weather delays, holidays, or carrier delays.
INTERNATIONAL/OVERSEAS SHIPPING
International and overseas shipping is available for non-continental US customers. Items will be declared at their retail value, and customs fees/taxes will be the responsibility of the customer. Please call Customer Support at 1.800.443.6573 to place an order.
ORDER PROCESSING
We make your shoes by hand, especially for you, as soon as we receive your order.
Please allow up to 5 business days for production and order processing before your order is shipped - during our busiest seasons please allow up to 10 business days. "Business Days" exclude Saturday and Sunday. During our peak season (May - September) processing may be delayed due to higher than normal order volume.
